Senior Consultant

Ms. Yvonne Harryman’s primary area of expertise is developing and implementing SharePoint collaboration portals and .NET web applications. She led the development of SharePoint Portal technologies for the US Air Force, White House, Executive Office of the President (EOP), and the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD). She was the technical lead for a 17 server farm deployment spanning the US and Middle East for the US Air Force. She managed the deployment of several critical SharePoint applications for the White House and EOP. She was the lead developer for the collaboration system supporting the National Childrens Study for NICHD. She was a .NET application developer for a suite of .NET web applications as part of an Enterprise System for the National Institute of Health’s (NIH) Division of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome. Functional areas of expertise are systems integration and architecture, enterprise collaboration data management and information security. During her career she worked directly with clients throughout the software development life cycle following industry standards established by PMI and RUP and led the training and led the training and knowledge transfer to end users and system administrators.

White House/ Executive Office of the President

  • Developed critical data management systems to the White House utilizing SharePoint 2007 and 2003 and other technologies to enhance the functionalities. Incorporating advanced security technologies ensuring the encryption mechanisms of the data and high availability in the event of a regional disaster or a system failure.
  • Developed the collaboration portal for the Office of Administration utilizing SharePoint 2003. It included integration with legacy systems and automating business procedures alleviating the administrative burden of many of the current business processes and ensuring the security and quality of the data.
  • Worked on-site with White House and EOP personnel leading them throughout the software lifecycle and final delivery to the security detail for management of the system.

  • Lead developer on the National Children's Study Information Management System (NCS IMS) for the NICHD utilizing SharePoint 2003 and .NET custom web parts and applications.
  • Received recognition and award for leading the development of the collaboration portal to maintain and track data for the largest study of children's health conducted in the US tracking information of more than 100,000 infants across the United Sates from birth to the age of 21.
  • Worked directly with the client and systems administration team leading following an iterative delivery process.

  • Developer for a customized project management system utilizing SharePoint portal and integrating it with .NET applications and Microsoft Project Server 2003.

  • .NET software developer building custom web applications integrating into suite of tools which were displayed as a digital dashboard to the end user using SharePoint 2003 technologies. This was an all encompassing system streamlining all business process across the division.
